Condition:
There is a date stamp "Jan 7 1952" on the back panel. No wear, in good condition except that the paper is becoming a bit brittle and it is starting to get small tears on the folds (see photos).

This belonged to the estate of a car fanatic and history professor from Massachusetts who kept all his car manuals and materials archived in his home library.  He would regularly make the rounds of auto dealerships in the Boston area and collect automobile brochures, flyers, books and postcards.
