1990s Iraq License Plate TEMPORARY INSPECTION BAGHDAD Arabic Hand Painted RARE!!

This item is 100% All Original. I have not even attempted to clean it. See the close-up photo, as that tells the whole story as to condition. An example of this rare tag is pictured in the ALPCA online World Archives.
I am not sure what type of vehicle would carry a "Temporary Inspection" license plate. The Arabic can also be translated to "Temporary Examination." I would guess it is some kind of dealer plate.
Size is 12 1/8 inches long by just over 5 inches high.
