The tapcons work great if I use a nut driver to turn them in by hand but if I try to use my drill driver and a with a nut driver on it it always strips out

It is one of the easiest way to fasten to concrete, just don't use the drill bit that comes with the screws, it always made an oversized hole, so the screw will not be tight
