The goalie neck guard is BNQ certified.   It is made for Eagle by Kim Crouch, which has been making neck guards since 1975.
The neck guard is built into a light, breathable material, sort of like the top half of a jersey.  Some players do not like the loose fit of your typical neck guard (which can shift a bit during play), so the integrated system is a great alternative.
