This listing is for the pictured IGT Carnival of Mystery Slot Machine display item.  I would describe it as an image printed on a thin piece of plastic.  Images such as this might have been used as the front part of a sign to be displayed over a bank of similar slot machines.  Perhaps this piece did not make the cut due to an imperfection.  You can create your own sign or cut out the image and hang it as a poster.  The item will be rolled and shipped inside a poster tube.  Sold "as is".  Additional pictures available upon request.
