Material is 95% Cotton/  5% Lycra.  Machine Washable.
Sizing:
Measurements are approximate and do not guarantee fit. Allow for slight variance because of measuring technique and tape measure scale. Waist is approx 14" flat across, unstretched. Inseam: approx 27.5" when cuff is turned up as it is designed to be worn. Rear rise about 13". Low rise fit.
