Here's a rare original 1977 "Star Wars" advance movie advertisement that was clipped from a page of a vintage magazine.
This large ad measures approximately 12 and 1/4 inches x 10 and 1/4 inches.
In the "Star Wars" movie series, the role of Chewbacca the Wookie was portrayed by actor Peter Mayhew.
In the lower right corner of this ad, Peter Mayhew hand-signed his name in black pen.   He also wrote "Chewbacca" below his signature.   Our "Certificate of Authenticity" will be included.
This ad shows movie characters Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, and Obi Wan Kenobi.
Printed on the right side are the words "Opens May 25th at a theater near you".
There are other pictures and printed information on the reverse side.
