Thailand .ASEAN. plate. PL 01.

Thailand  ASEAN  plate, ONE of a pair, very very rare as these plates are usually destroyed after use, this is one of a pair that was made, but not used for whatever reason.  (I am keeping the other of the pair)   These plates are made by ASEAN host countries, and put on vehicles of attending delegates while the meetings are in progress, then removed at the conclusion of the meetings, and then destroyed.   In
mint condition, although it looks like some black border paint at top right has faded, it hasn't, it's light from the camera angle.  Price includes FREE shipping to anywhere on Planet Earth.  The plate size is 33.5  x  15.
