Vintage Taiwan License Plate GUEST / NGO All Original RARE 1960s

Description

This rare plate dates from 1964 through 1966, not the 1950s. This is because in Taiwan, the calendar was modified, so Year #1 was 1911, which was the formation of the Chinese Republic.
The ideogram to the left is translated as "Guest", so this plate was likely used by a foreigner from an NGO, (Non Government Organization) and possibly US Forces in Taiwan.
This item is 100% all original. I have not even attempted to clean it. There are some bangs, dents and scrapes, including a bend that I have not tried to straighten out.
