This is an estate sale find.
I don’t think this has ever been worn. I think it was used as a display for the previous owners souvenir pins.
I am unsure of the material in which it’s made, wool or felt? It’s soft to the touch.
For size reference I measured the inside band circumference. It measures 21”-21 1/4”.
This hat has 12 pins, one is a silver stag with boar hair and another with 2 feathers.
